Hi guys, just wanted to introduce myself.

Gave up cigarettes and looking for an alternative. I think I have found it. Great site by the way I don't know the lingo yet so will not say much. Everyone seems so knowledgeable about ecig's so will just continue to read and learn. Getting ready to place my first order and feel so ignorant about this, but I will be educated by you guys I'm sure. I bought a kit at a smoke shop that just had the cartomizer's w/ rechargeable batteries and they are not very satisfying. I ventured upon this site and here I will stay, I like the idea of buying the liquid. Thanks guys, great job. I found the Joye eGo-C site and that looks pretty promising to me. Need feedback and thanks.

Welcome :)

Just a few days ago I was so confused by the mass amount of info and different gear until I posted here lol. I went with an ego c twist kit on the recommendation of someone else, and I have no regrets. The battery (1000mah) lasts forever for me and the variable voltage is very handy. I'm currently using the kanger T2 clearomizer and love it. Also, the vivi nova mini is pretty good as well. Then you just need a charger, and juice.

It's a lot more simple than it appears at first.

Hi Donna!
Robert here, and new also:

I quit the analogs (cigs) Nov. 9th, 2012 as I closed the garage door to go on vacation taking my vapeing starter kit with me. This has turned out to be an amazing hobby. I have not looked back since. I recommend signing up for the ECF E-News in an effort to stay current with vaping and congress. As you can imagine, any waves against the tobacco lobbyist create larger ones..JMO.

As for the toys, there are plenty to choose from along with juice and flavors to make your own juice. Trust me, there is enough in the vaping world to keep you busy for a long time.

Thanks for saying hello!!

So glad you guys think I am making a wise decision going with the eGo-C. Ridethespiral, I do not see a ego c twist kit, I do see the ego c twist 650 mah battery, will do some more checking but I could buy the kit and the twist battery because the charger works with both.
I quit analogs about 3 months ago and refuse to smoke another one, I have 4 packs in my freezer but will not smoke them. I do look at them and laugh sometimes.
With all you guys that are new here, I assume we all had the same idea around the same time and I think we picked an excellent place to start.

Welcome Donna! I'm new as well. I started out by trying an e-cig and went straight to the Joyetech eGo-Twist (ordered it Jan. 1 and started vaping on Jan. 6). I love it! It's easy to use and I like the variable voltage.

Best of luck to you! It'll be harder finding a juice that you love! LOL I've been buying samplers from all different vendors that I found here on ECF.

Kayo, you didn't buy separately? Everyone keeps saying kit, cannot find kit. Maybe you could post a link dear, USA please.

I upgraded to the twist and love it. Being able to change the intensity of the flavor or heat really has improved my daily vapping. With a unit set on a single voltage you cannot play with what works best for the juice you are using.
For example I LOVE my Kringles Curse from Halo and now with the variable voltage I can fluctuate how the peppermint taste during the day. Cooler while having my coffee but warmer at night as I get ready for bed.
Some of my juice with a more subtle flavor taste better warmer.
Hope this helps
