Coils can last from 1 day to more than 6 weeks depending on a number of factors. If you want a rough estimate, give us a little more information regarding the battery you are using, the topper, the type of liquid, how many mls of liquid you use etc. etc. - you get the idea, it's almost impossible to say without taking all this information into account.
An easy way to get your coils to last longer is to give them a clean. If you just type in the type of topper (what you fill with liquid) into youtube and put cleaning. You should get a lot of videos that show how to disassemble them, how to clean them and how to dry burn to clean the actual coil. This will help them last longer.
As for a charger, Amazon is a great place to order a good quality charger. Where are you located? we might be able to give you some more specific examples. I've never used the efest soda before and don't know much about it.

Nope...none in Kuwait. But, you can order online and get it in MilMail. Took me about 7 days for the item to travel, so ten days after ordering. Gotta say, I was real glad that I had 110 power.
