Hi my name is Selena, I have been vaping for a month probably. I officially put the analogs down 2 days ago, for good, well at least I hope so! Today I thought I killed two atties after washing them last night! I didn't. Thanks to the wonderful folks in live chat they steered me to adding more juice, I have been afraid to drown 'em. I'm a lurker so you may see me here and there, but I don't write a lot.
So why e cigs? Well I go to college for nursing, and there's your big ones there! No smoking on campus it has been darn cold of late, and well I have grown tired of hearing the evils of cigarettes when I already knew what they did. I just got tired of being a hypocrite, how can you tell a person hey this is bad for you when you do it? My last reason, I really, really, never liked smoking analogs, they tasted bad, and all the other inconveniences as well. So win for me I get what I want nicotine! Oh and cool flaves!

Oh so what does this newbie use? No laughing, & no telling this gal I have a POS that doesn't put out vape! Because you do learn how to use what you have, and I tell you I get clouds! I probably have the ability to suck a golf ball from a garden hose after the draws I take but hey! I use a 2008 Envy Bliss, it's what I found locally when I was terribly ill and couldn't muster the strength to leave my dorm several times a day for an analog. I hope to invest in better e cig down the road, but I say I have about $200 in w/ two starter kits, ejuice, extra battery, extra atomizer, carry case, & my 1st two packs of cartos after discovering there were better ways to vape. Not bad really it will pay itself all off after 4 months. Then I'm sure I'll be looking into more juice & atomizers in 6 months or so. Maybe not the most cost effective now but will be later I guess.

So my goals are to get a great ecig for myself eventually, find great juice, oh & by April 13th find a great ecig for the bf b/c he wants one. I thought the gift of longer life for his birthday would be good. He has mentioned the V2 and to tell you the truth after looking at it, I dunno, I feel 3 piece models are the way to go. Less hassle to refill that's for darn sure, and I know once he tries some good juice he won't want cartos. But that's my opinion, willing to take some pointers, I want bang for the buck.

Well you seem to be reasonably happy with what you got. I'll let others weigh in on the traditional starter kits. Im lazy and dont want to change batteries often or add juice constantly so I got a selfjuicer that holds a 18650 battery and 6ml bottle of juice. I bought a REO...actually several. Way more cheaper avenues to go but I dont even remember what is felt like to want a cigarette...almost 2 years.

If your looking for something that looks like a cigarette then a REO is NOT for you. Hope you find the perfect PV. :)

If you like 3-piece models I would suggest a 510 model.
You can probably get one from almost any of the suppliers listed on this forum.

If you want much longer battery life and don't mind something the size of a small cigar, then an Ego/Riva/Tornado type model.
They also use the 510 connector, so parts would be interchangeable with other 510 equipment.

EDIT: And if you think you want automatic batteries, do youself a favor and make sure to get at least one manual battery to try.

+1 on the 510/eGo suggest.
