-- How much flavoring do you add to an average recipe?
Also known as (aka): " I am not measuring... I am eyeballing it."
-- How do you measure your ingredients? What tools do you use? (syringes, a scale, graduated cylinders, or something else?)
"see above"
-- When you say "I will be mixing 60mL at a time;" is that the total volume (base,+flavors,+Nic), or just the volume of the base?
"I have no idea, because I have not done it yet... and I am just eyeballing it."
-- My current recipe
19mL of 3mg/mL base
1ml PG flavoring
(resulting in 2.85mg/mL nic

Is that about the extent of it?
Base, plus 18mg/mL nic, to equal 60mL 3mg/mL result is:

That is 50mL, plus one (10mL 18mg/mL nic shot), equals3mg/mL result...
before adding any flavor. Without measuring, add one full shot, and then top off with base. This is a guesstimation... at best.
So, this is the base you are starting with:

And then adding PG flavor to. That results in:

As that seems to be good enough for you... that is good enough for me.
Best wishes.
