Hi! Looking for a new E-cig, was sold a fake by Smokers Angel, Worcester

Hi guys,

I love vaping, so good! But having trouble finding legitimate e-cigarettes. Recently purchased an 'Aspire' BDC E cig from Smokers Angel in Worcester and it is definitely a fake. I didn't realise and bought 3 in total, and the last one has been leaking a lot. I emptied it, cleaned it etc and still leaking. Then i noticed it looked a bit different to my last one and then investigated online. Sure enough, once i got in touch with Aspire they confirmed it was definitely fake. There is only 1 company that do stock the Aspire in the UK. I wont post here as may seem spammy! The fake packaging from Smokers Angel is blue and no security tag on barcode. 100% fake. Very annoyed as they charge the same as the real deal! What a joke. So many e-cig shops are popping up but unfortunately most are fake chinese ones.
I would like to know if anyone can recommend a legitimate shop online for me. Looking at getting possibly another innokin Itaste or something similar.

Also if you have any documentation from Aspire and the store is selling them as "Genuine" go and try to get your money back! He may or may not know he's selling fakes. He may thank you for the info or tell you to p#ss off but at least you let him know. Worth a shot!

Fakes?, Clones?...humm....Chinese bad?. Not really. You can get junk from anywhere and anyone. I've got 8 clone mods, RDA's and RTA's. Not one problem with them in 6 months. (Vivid Smoke and Vape Royalty). Now..my Tanks like Aerotank, Kanger and I-Clear S, B and X.1 I got from Myvaporstore. I also started rebuilding the factory atty's. Work better if done right.

Most good online stores will tell if they are a clone or not and stay away from the big online stores they stitch me up with fake aerotank mega just today they said original but kanger says fake.Always research.

I can confirm that the BDC's which we offer are genuine Aspire products, as is every Aspire product in our range. I am extremely sorry for the problems which you are experiencing and we will of course get all of this sorted out for you. All of our products have a warranty on them, so if you pop back to the store we will have a look over any issues and replace where necessary.


I'm extremely surprised that Aspire have told you false information regarding our products. Would you be able to advise who you received this information from? I will relay this to our contact and try to get to the bottom of it. Most of our Aspire products now come with a scratch and check security code but it appears from what you've said that you may have received some older stock. We're in cooperation with Aspire to have our outer boxes branded the way that they are (hence the slightly different look).If you are able to, could you send over an image of the box so I could have a check over it?
