Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

I remember trying out a Blu my friend had awhile back but was not really that impressed.
Fast forward after trying to quit cigarettes a few times and going through short spurts, I just tried an njoy king at walmart the other day, I got the highest strength you can get and bold flavor and was blown away, I thought I was done smoking for good after I read it lasts up to 2 packs, but that was a joke, it was 5 cigarettes at most and I cannot afford paying over $6 a pop for that.

So here I am, now looking to maybe buy a kit and I'm overwhelmed with the options. All these different brands, different types of cartridges, and fancy names (clearomizers, atomitizers..etc.) that I don't even know what they are, lol. :?:
Someone recommended V2 to me so I was looking at the starter kit
Electronic Cigarette Kits | Beginners Kit | V2 Cigs

Would this be a good option for me? Or do you have any better recommendations for around the same price (or even cheaper?)
An important thing though is I would like to use e-liquid and refill myself instead of buying cartridges all the time and I'm not sure if with the cartridges it comes with you are able to refill?

Thanks.

Hi I was looking at those and they looked cool but I'm not sure exactly what they are. Do they use a battery and work like an e-cig, you charge it up and fill it up with e-liquid? Because I was wondering why it says they are only refillable for up to 20 times? Why can't you refill them as many times as you want?

These are what I'm talking about.

You'd be much better off with two Ego batteries. No, it doesn't look like a cigarette but it will last a reasonable length of time. You'll also need a charger, and some CE5 atomizers, or some Evods. You'll also need to buy some nicotine e-liquid. eg:

Ok so the big question which will effect all the suggestions you get is:
Do you want it to look like a traditional cig or would you be okay if it was larger and not cig shapped?

Proformance is pretty limited in the cig styles simply because theres not much they can do while staying that size, do some google searches at "ego style batteries" and see if you think you would be ok with something thay size if not then we will start suggesting cig-a-like modles

Smart first post. Ask the Veterans what is best for the beginner's. Started vaping in 2009 with a cig-a-like package like an NJoy. Didn't have the battery life of the strength to help me stop. Tried a small ego battery and dripping atomizers in 2011, and again, it just didn't do enough to overcome my 3 PAD, 35 year habit. Enter 2013. New Year's Resolution. Got a variable voltage battery and some new CE clearomizers. Found some super strong juice, and finally, I was able to quit smoking and have been vaping every since. I needed a backup battery, charging while I vaped. I found a kit, very much like this one:

http://www.myvaporstore.com/Vision_Spinner_Joye_Ego_C_Twist_Combo_p/vvs-c.htm

The little stardust/CE clearomizes didn't work that great, but they were enough the first week or two. I looked online and found this forum and the many wonderful recommendations that had worked for others here....the evod, the Protank, APV's, mods, etc. I had found a home. I bought juice from Mount Baker Vapor:

Best E Cigarette | Buy Electronic Cigarettes | E Cig Juice - MT Baker Vapor

24 mg/ml to start, occasionally at first, I needed 36 mg/ml for those "moments." Now I DIY my own juice as it's far less expensive and I enjoy experimenting with different flavors. Fortunately, my wife quit and started vaping the same day. I got her the kit mentioned above, and we've been smoke free for most of the year.

You can try the familiar cig-a-like route, but I really cannot recommend it as I read about newcomers here all the time that say it doesn't work for them, as it didn't work for me. Those new twist and spinner batteries with evods and MT3s's did the trick. Of course, now I vape full time and have some proper gear, including many regulated APV's (personal vaporizers) and some unregulated mods. I've never looked back. Amazing since I seriously tried to quit 18 time before finding vaping, and all different methods as well. Vaping worked for me, and it can work for you too. Get a good beginner's kit to start. It will likely become a good backup down the road. For now, it's an amazing experience that can work for you too. Welcome to the Forum, Power Up and Vape On!

Well, I suppose it doesn't really matter.
I do prefer the smaller cig shape, but if there is a larger one that is not too expensive that will hold a longer charge and more e-liquid, those would be pros for me that could balance out with the cons.

Hi

This might help give a bit of perspective. Pictured is a 650mAh eGo Twist.

A standard 650mAh eGo (not variable voltage) is smaller

Thanks guys, this is just a lot of information to take in so forgive me.

I'm looking at the link you gave me for the kit bill, and the picture above and I'm definitely interested, I don't need something that looks just like a cigarette, but if it holds a good charge, amount of e-liquid, and most importantly gives a good vapor hit that is what counts for me the most.
On those ego twists is the whole metal part the battery? Then the clearomizer is some type of screw on attachment that holds the eliquid and feeds it into some chamber where it is heated? I probably sound like an idiot lol

Well, I've never bought an ecig before, this is a lot of info to take in, atomitizer, clearomizers, variable voltages, evods, replacement heads. I don't know how I'm supposed to know what each of these are for, and which will fit one another..etc. Like I said I appreciate the info but before dropping all that money I'm just trying to understand everything.

Yes, and the Ocelot's depiction was perfect and timing impeccable as usual. The Spinner is a 1300 mAh battery. General vaping is about one hour for each 100 mAh. YMMV. They don't last me that long, but I always have backups, and you'll need them too. Get the kit, you won't regret it, and upgrade, as and when you are ready. Some never do, but I did, and most do graduate to APV/Mod's. Why? More power, more control, more features, more consistency, better quality, better warranty, etc. Jump in with both feet is my recommendation. You do need stick batteries though. Here's a primer:

Stick Batteries, known as eGo Style Batteries (entry level, backup, out and about, stealth, primary):

Trusted Vendors shown, but NOT selected based on pricing, you'll still need to shop around. You will need device specific battery chargers (which often come in kits) for these devices. Also, kits often provide two batteries allowing for simultaneous vaping while charging of the backup. Each of the eGo style batteries below have both 510 and eGo thread connections. As such, they are compatible with most toppers, including most Kanger products. Additionally, each of these devices has at least variable voltage, which allows you to adjust and regulate the battery output voltage, providing customizable vapor production, temperature, throat hit, and finding the "sweet spot" for your juices to suit your individual vaping preferences:

1. Innokin iTaste 3.0 vv/vw, usb passthrough, ohms reader, etc. - https://ivape.net/index.php/iTaste-VV-3.0-Variable-Wattage-Device-Pearl-Chrome.html (variable power, LCD display, +/- buttons, Usb passthrough, 3.3 - 5.0 volts, 6.0 - 11.0 watts, 800mAh)
2. SLB KGO VV - http://www.hoosierecig.com/Mega-KGO-VV-1200mAh-3-6v-_p_441.html (LCD display, +/- buttons, Usb passthrough, 3.0 - 6.0 volts, 650 - 1200mAh)
3. Vision Spinner - Vision Spinner VV eGo Battery 1300mAh (3.3 - 4.8 volts, 1300mAh)
4. Joyetech Twist - eGo Twist 1000 Mah Battery in Black (3.2 - 4.8 volts, 650 - 1000mAh)
5. Smoktech Winder - Smok eGo Winder 900mAh Variable Volt Battery (3.2 - 4.8 volts, 900 - 1100mAh)

Best Starter Combo kit out there, imho, provides two batteries, i.e., the twist and/or spinner, and two toppers, i.e., the eVod and/or MT3s, among others: http://www.myvaporstore.com/Vision_Spinner_Joye_Ego_C_Twist_Combo_p/vvs-c.htm.

Recommend one eVod and one MT3s topper with one Spinner and one Twist to start. This way you get four different products with the kit and allowing you to experience four different setups, as you figure out your preferences and what works best for you. BTW, you can spend less and get a fixed voltage battery, but you'll have much less vape flexibility and it won't be long before you'll want to upgrade to variable voltage, more than likely, and the difference initially is only a few dollars per battery anyway.

Happy Vaping!

Lol dont feel bad we were all in your seat at one time or another the battery is what you see in the pic above the evod is a screw on tank that you fill with juice and has wicks on the bottom that feed the juice to a coil that heats up when u press the button on you battery producing vapor. It will all make much more sense when its in your hands. The ego twist or the vision spinner batterys have a dial on the botton that you can twist or spin... see where the names coming from ;) lol and adjusting this dial you can chsnge the amount of power going to that coil to suit you.

You're going to get TONS of advice because there are potentially hundreds of combinations and setups out there to try. What you've got to consider is .. are looking for something that looks like your traditional cigarette or do you want something more? An e-cig that resembles a cigarette can be enjoyable and simple to use. The downfall is, charging batteries more often and using cartomizers or filling them often. I'll catch some slack for this, but I recommend White Cloud if you're just looking for a simple two-piece design with decent batteries and pre-filled cartos. They offer tons of flavors and really high strength nicotine if you need it. They do not sell juice though and only offer automatic batteries. But, I've told tons of friends to use it and virtually all stick with it. Now if you'd like something that lasts a bit longer and is a little bit more customizable, I'd say get yourself an eGo Twist battery kit and experiment with juices and small, simple tanks. They work great and give a much better battery life. I would not tell you or anyone who's new to vaping to get into mods and large devices. They require daily maintenance and a little bit of work. I would say, start simple and if vaping becomes a hobby and not just a habit change, then try something more advanced. I think the most important thing(s) for new users to have are .. convenience, good flavors, easy to use, enough nicotine to satisfy.
