hi everyone im new to everything and starting to really enjoy my ecig, got a starter kit from ziggi cig which was 2 ego battys 650 I think and all the other usual things. changed the heads tho for rebuidable ones as I like to tinkle with things and also was told they have 2 coils and give off more vapour, ce5+ I think maybe not sure but iclear 16 ones anyway. have a few questions if some people would like to help me with them:

1. how much vapes do yous do at once, was told by the retailer to have 3-4 then leave it for say half an hour or untill I need more. I like more then 3 or 4 lol and cant wait for half hours.
2.do all wicks work on my ecig or do I need certain ohms etc.
3.i like loads of vapour and would like help for better tops, clearomistors or what ever they are called.

I ive been using my ecig for a week now but still need a real cig in the moring for that morning buzz lol, better the the 20 a day I was on anyway. I only like the fruity flavours and everywhere I cheek only goes to 18mg nic tops for my fruitty flavours so im afraid to vape lots of juice if its not the norm, think thats why im still on a real cig a day.

also was thinking of upgrading to this ecig http://www.go-liquid.co.uk/store/ego-gt-single-starter-kit.html

anyone know if its a decent site and ecig, wouldnt get much better for the price elsewhere would I. its just theres so much info about its hard, I want a vv to get more vapour.

Welcome to the ECF!

1. No need to wait 1/2 hour. I often go for hours without a vape, but I often vape nearly continuously for hours, too! The trick is to vape enough to feel satisfied, particularly when you first switch. If you wait until the urge is overwhelming, then you are a lot more likely to pick up a cigarette for instant satisfaction. Try every 10 minutes or so to see if that works.
2. For an eGo style battery, anything over 1.7ohm should be fine. The higher you get, the cooler the vape will be.
3. An EVOD or Protank would be my recommendation and I also like 1.7ohm Smok Tech cartos on teh eGo, but everyone will have their favorites.

Keep looking for something a little higher if you need it. I know of many that have 24mg in fruit flavors, but not too sure about availability in the UK.

Hey, here's my two cents:

1) I hit my eGos a lot more often. I draw for 5-8 seconds... then let it sit for a minimum of 30 seconds or so. Its certainly not a 30 minute wait!

2) the ohm figure is the atomizer's resistance -- if you're technically inclined, you'll soon figure out what that means (keep searching on here). If you just want quick advice, my early experience tells me that HIGHER ohm numbers make the light/fruity juices taste a LOT better! Buy the right heads for your unit (CE5+)... but opt for 2.8-, 3.2-, or even 4.0-ohm heads for better taste.

3) Vapor production isn't my thing, but my advice above might reduce vapor volume. Higher VG content in the juice is said to help, but I predict you'll be buying a new mod and a tank soon if your vapor volume isn't what you expect. :)

fire up as much as ya want...there's no set rules of how often to vape...AVERAGE PERSON VAPES OVER 3 ML A DAY OF LIQUID...if ya want more vape then use a higher blend of VG instead of PG (which PG gives ya more of a throat click/hit)....50/50 blend etc .18mg nic should do the trick if ya vape a lil more, but I'm sure some will tell ya to find some 24 or 32 mg , which personally I don't agree with... drink lots of water too, cuz vape makes ya dehydrated

With CE clearomizers, it's easier, and just as cheap to simply replace the heads, wicks and all. There are better delivery devices that fit your batteries, like a Kanger T2, bottom coil tanks.

3-4 puffs? Why would they tell you that. More like pull the vapr in gently for 3-4 seconds, then let go of the button. nothing wrong with 6, 10, eve 12 or 14 times in a row.

What defines lots of juice, anywhere form 2 to 5 ml per day is in the average range.

Here are some fruit flavors that come in higher nicotine. I would try 24 if 18 is not enough for you.

Nicotine Juice - Fruit Flavors - Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes

As for that morning buzz, no that won't happen with vaping, the delivery of the nicotine is more even so you won't get that spike like you did on cigarettes. Also most of the nic is better absorbed in your mouth, sinuses and, nasal passages so, inhaling it to your lungs is optional.

It does take a few days to a few weeks, depending on the person, to get used to the more even nic delivery and, the chemicals you aren't getting with vaping that you did with cigarettes.

Bon't beat yourself up over a bit of chain vaping or, over having an analog now and then but, do try to vape for 3 to 5 minutes, then wait 15 or 20 mins and see if you still think you need an analog before lighting one. That will help your mind and body learn to expect the vape when you need nicotine and, will let you get used to the different feel of it.

This is excellent advice. As someone who is gradually quitting analogs right now, I can tell you that nicotine from vaping absorbs at a slower rate and can creep up on you. I've learned over the past week to hit my e-cig 3-5 (or more) times when I get the urge to smoke, then to wait for a few minutes (vaping in between is optional). The urge to light up goes away most times. When it doesn't, I either try again with the vapes or I light up. Haven't had an analog yet today, so it's going pretty well.

I started with eGos as well. First an eGo C upgrade, then an eGo Twist. I found that vapor production, performance, and flavor were all better with a mod, so last week a sprang for an iTaste MVP. I'm loving it so far. Battery lasts forever, the hit counter is mildly entertaining, and the variable voltage is a huge plus for different flavors.

You're on the right track with fruit flavors. Bakery stuff is great also. I found that vaping didn't really do it for me when I was using the tobacco flavors, but when I switched to bakery and fruit stuff, the urge to smoke largely went away.

Vape on friend. Looks like the eGo bats you linked to in your original post are a step up from what you have, but if you're going to make vaping a hobby, you might want to spend those pounds on a mod.

thanks guys im going to look into them tanks a.s.a.p, also I might get that kit I linked to begin so I can up the voltage for bigger blast lol. I know im going to need better again but that will do me untill im fully hocked on the hobby and understand everything I need first. theres just so much info and equipment about its hard to figure it out in a week lol, few months and I should be hopefully fully set up. at least I know what flavours I like anyway and the basics of it.

thanks again guys and glad I found this site, its amazing and will keep me going I think to know theres people to ask for help about things.

is there anyway to find out the ohm on the one I have, I have noticed its warmer vape then my old ce4 but thought that was because this new one had 2 coils.

I thought your ment to inhale it, I do lol. do most people not inhale it as even when I smoke cigars I inhale the end draw slightly for a kick even though your not ment too.

I inhale fully with my vapes. Everyone I know that vapes does as well. Not to speak out of turn, but I think BlueMoods meant that most of the nicotine absorption that happens when vaping happens in the mouth and nose, so there is no need to inhale if you don't want to.

Of course, I want to, so I do :)
