say hi. started vaping last week and already reduced my smoking by 60% ... amazing since nothing else worked before.

Welcome Kieco! Hopefully you will be able to reduce your smoking to 0% soon! Nothing else worked for me either. vaping is wonderful. It has been almost a month since I have had an analog!

Are you using 0 nic juice? There are vendors on your side of the globe. Maybe try some 18-24mg juices. If you get the right stuff, the cravings will simply vanish.

Happy you're here. The more the better. As far as I know, it's the nic we're addicted to, not tar, CO or whatever. Up yer nic &, maybe check out WTA, vaping can replace smoking completely. Your lungs will be yours again!

I have been vaping for 1 year and its wonderful for my health and you can use it around people that would not let use a cigarette. You only exhale water vapor so no second hand anything. Your doing great hang in there.

It's been almost 4 weeks for us and I no longer have any craving for a real cigarette. I have saved about 300 dollars so far and haven't smoked 750 cigarettes.
