Hi, newbie having some trouble

Hello everyone, new here but have been reading for a few days. In an effort to get me to quit smoking a family member bought me a vivi nova starter kit with an eco twist battery. Sorry in advance if I get the names of the parts wrong. I really like the concept of the e-cigarette and so have been trying my set up out but am having a few problems. First I'm somehow getting a bit of the juice beneath the removable black mouth piece and the mouth piece gets hot when I use it for longer than about a minute. Are the two issues related and does this mean I'm sucking to hard? Second my tank fills with vapor while I'm using it and I'm worried that this shouldn't be happening. And lastly the piece between the top of the battery and the bottom of the tank is getting really hot, hotter than I'm suspecting it should be getting. I'm betting that I'm doing something wrong. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Sorry for the one solid paragraph, for some reason my return key isn't working on this forum.

I know the Vivi Nova is a top coil, so I would suspect it will get hot eventually, being so close to the mouth piece. It could be juice or it could just be condensation from the vapor, both happen. I find Delrin drip tips deal with the heat much better. I don't use the Viva but I use a Protank during the day and when I chain vape it gets hot, it's just the coil heating up the metal and it disperses through the rest of the unit. Just let it cool down when it starts to warm up. I haven't had an issue with vapor in the tank but I'm sure someone who uses the Viva will be along with more pertinent information.

I find if i stop inhaling to fast it leaves some vapor behind. if its in the tank itself i would say you have something that's not sealed quite right.

Check and make sure all your seals are not damaged that could be some of you problems.

Remember, you're not dragging on a cigarette. Nice, slow, easy draws when you fire the battery. If the top of the tank is getting too warm (I've never had that happen with a Vivi), you may be hitting it too hard and too often.

It could be the seals on the tank. I've had that problem with the Smoktech vivi nova tanks. The smoke in the tanks won't hurt anything, but the vapor does cause residual liquid to build up at the mouth piece. I would check you seals and make sure the silicone cap is in contact with the top piece you screw on.
