Hi Welcome to ECF and I wish I had a vendor to recommend, but I don't and also I don't like recommending on the forum to countries where vaping is illegal because well sometimes authorities read the thread. I'd second looking into the international forums and often times there is a pinned thread regarding how to go about this more safely.
