Really near the mexican border.
Hello from north west lower Michigan. I am 45+ years old and I love to vape, mostly VG but can handle low PG amounts.
I have a partner and a daughter. I love animals, the three of us run a ferret rescue. We have 4 ferrets that are our own and 4 up for adoption. We are attempting to close the rescue this year, as there is no money out there and we can't afford to run it any longer. We are still adopting out but just not taking in anymore.
We also have 2 dogs, a tiny toy poodle (Mr. T) who weighs 5# at the most, he is 2.5 years old. We also have Gizmo, 12 years old, Poodle mix with a pitbull jaw, she is my dog.
Gizmo has CHF and hypothyroidism, she is on medication everyday, just like her mom.
I had a motorcycle accident on the 12th of June and am in a straight leg brace for the next 8 weeks, and then a hinged brace for 8 more weeks.
I am on crutches, I broke my right tibia.
I am happy to be a part of this group and hope I can participate with you all.
I have been vaping since about December, 2009.

Welcome Loriz to the Women's Room! Put up your leg (ouch! - hope you heal fast!) - have someone bring you cup of coffee or a soda or some iced-tea - and settle in...we have lots of fun - sometimes are a little naughty - and sometimes just an ear for venting or a request for opinions on the more serious side - this is a great group of women!

Welcome to the nut-farm Lorizgal!!

Sorry to hear about your accident! Ouch!!

There are a LOT of animal lovers here, you'll fit right in! I had a little ferret too, around 15 years ago now, I guess. (Wow!) She was our Doberman's best friend and she would jump on her and ride the dog around the house holding on to her collar! Little troublemakers, but they sure do keep a house laughing!

P.S. Watch out for Beebop, she's a bad influence...:sneaky:

Welcome Lorizgal, you're gonna love the Woman's Room.:)

Since you are an animal lover, I hope to see pics in the Pet Forum---link in my signature.
I love pictures!!!

Edit: By the way, the Pet Forum is a sub forum of the Wellness: Wrecked & Bonkers forum so hope to see you there too. But, you'll get help if needed or just a shoulder to lean on here at the Woman's Room too.

In my PERSONAL experience, nothing, but NOTHING can ruin the moment for the gentleman in your life more than having a cold, wet Doberman nose jammed up the ol'poop shoot while..um...having a 'lovely time'.

However, it's REALLY, REALLY funny if you just so happen to be the LADY in the same scenario.

Or, so I've heard...

Hi! Hope ur leg gets better soon and I just have to share a pic of my toy poodle since urs is named Mr T!

Mine is 9 yrs old and I also have 3 other dogs. I know it sucks having to stop ur rescue due to funding. :( Its just times are so hard in general rt now, ppl hardly can support thier families and unfort, funding charities and rescues has greatly suffered bc of this.

I hope this changes soon.

Anyway, heres a pic just for Mr T ;) Does Mr T have a mohawk too?

Welcome Lorizgal! As you can tell there are some "crazies" in here but I won't mention any names. We have such a good time. my family has 2 poodles and they are spoiled rotten! Sorry to hear about your accident. My hubby has had 3 knee surgeries in the last 5 years so I understand the pain and frustration. Take care of yourself and again welcome :D

:D hi Lorizgal, I'm sorry to hear about the accident...hope you get better soon

didn't know you had a ferret rescue that explains the avatar.
An ex boyfriend of mine had one. Really cute little girl....except she would break out of her cage, crawl under the blankets and bite my toes when we had sex 8-o

I have one that since we got her, climbs up your pants (or underwear) when you are sitting on the pot and gets to the inside of your thigh..Oh hi twit, what you doing, oh how nice for the visit, [lick, lick, lick] oh twit thanks for the kisses [BITE] What the H--L twit bad twit, no twittles, get down twit, bad ferret, trying to grab her while you're not quite done yet...
No bad ferret, no bite and by the time you are done she is off in another room looking like she can't remember what has happened in the past 5 minutes "but ma why won't you love on me?" "I am a good ferret and I just want you to love on me" okay little one I will pick you up....lick lick lick the chin and guess what happens afterwards.....

thanks for all the wonderful hello's and welcomes, I think I will like this group....
