I started vaping a year ago but when the atomizer died I figured it was all a rip off, not knowing anything about it (the kit came as a gift). Recently I did research into vaping, found the ego system, and even though I've spent $150 (now $200 with a re-up on liquid) on supplies I've saved money as I've only purchased two packs of analogs in the last two months.
My environment smells better, I rarely want a real cigarette, and all my doctor-type people encourage me not to go back to smoking. Whatever the public debate is, every health professional I've spoken with sees vaping as a huge improvement to smoking in private conversations.
I think that I have an obligation to buy two starter kits for friends as soon as the money is there ... the gift of non-smoking should be shared! Also, my moments of weakness come when I am around active smokers so this is self preservation! I find the switch to the occasional analog (I smoke less than five cigs a week, usually less) disturbingly easy!
I hope to detox altogether from the nicotine. Anyone have a suggestion on battery units that give vape counts?
I am using 6 mg/ml and 12 mg/ml nicotine levels in my ejuice.
Thanks for the forum!
