Welcome Suzysangels to ECF. It will take the right setup for you to be satisfied to quit smoking. There are so many different options for setups out there. Make sure you research before buying.....this way it will save you some money in the long run. I bought a few myself till I hit that "wow" factor and knew I found my right setup.

Good Luck to You...Happy Vaping!!!

I quit by finding a 24mg flavor that tasted like my brand of smokes and a 24mg flavor that tasted good puffed the one that tasted like my smokes when I really wanted a cig and puffed the tasty flavor a lot all day.
I would upgrade to a ego twist and a kanger mini pro tank
Also when I found the flavor close to my brand I had a smoke in one hand and the ecig in the other switching between the two and was like ok it tastes about the same and hits my throat about the same I can do this.....

Backups are the key, and a juice or juices you like. I would suggest another setup, or bigger tank and battery.
When I quit I went to fruit and candy flavors and started on 18mg juices. I smoked Marlboro Ultra Lights (Silver Pack) 2 PAD or more when I quit.
It's a bit fussy having to plan to take everything you can with you but I still always have backups I carry 4 full devices 2 ProVari's & 1DNA box mod and ERolls with me and tons of juice and batteries and tanks.
Good Luck!

As a bar-goer and long shift worker, egos did not live up to the task. I smoked 1-2 PAD for 13 years and switched cold turkey to vaping. When I got to the point where I needed 3 egos fully charged for a full work and play day, I had to change my setup because I could see myself slipping back to wanting cigs. I found this forum and good vape shops and started learning as much as I could to improve my experience with vaping. I was not fond of the box style batteries, but I went to a local B&M and they let me try different devices until I found what worked for me. I (like a LOT of people on this forum) can tell you that the itaste MVP 2.0(I've seen the kit as low as $37 online) was one of the best vaping devices I have ever bought. I prefer mechanicals and sub-ohm but trust me I still use the heck out of my MVP! The battery lasts at least two days vaping heavily, the ability to change wattage or voltage will get you to your desired vape in no time, and it is very durable(I work offshore). If you pair it with an awesome tank like the nautilus mini($26-ish) I think you will be pleasantly surprised. I have had no leaking issues with the mini and the BVC coils on it are amazing.

As far as tobacco flavored juice goes though, I'm sorry I can't help you as I do not enjoy them. I prefer flavored juices and am very partial to the folks at Alice in Vapeland.

Good luck and stick with it. The beginning can be a little rough but if you stick with it and find the right setup for what you like.
