Hi all,

Thanks for the warm welcome. I am a newbie and started vaping very recently (with Innokin VV4 and I Clear 30s (carto) with 18/24 Mg). I have been a smoker almost all my life (last 19 years) and in order to improve my health I have switched to vaping for the last 2 weeks. Do not want to go back to smoking.

last night I stumbled on 1 research which claimed that E-cig is not as safe as we think (appeared on Guardian). I am abit sad after reading that as the whole point of vaping is lost. Can someone take a look and let me know what is going on in there?
