hahaha i bought Glycerin USP from Shoppers Drug Mart it's packed by RW packaging is it safe to vape?

I would say yes since you mentioned it says USP on the bottle.
I am not too familiar with Canadian pg/vg. Sounds ok off hand, but we do have several members here at ecf from Canada and they would know for sure. Hopefully, someone will be along soon.

Usually vg is smooth on the throat. It could be the nicotine that is hard on your throat.
Tell us about the ejuice you are using? Are you making your own? Lots of members here like a blend of pg and vg. The pg helps to carry the flavors better and the vg helps for a smoother vape and bigger clouds.
It sometimes takes a little while for the body to get used to vaping. Even tho vaping mimics smoking they are different animals all together.
Try and a a drop or two of distilled water to your ejuice. Mix......but don't use any more than 2 drops. This will help to smooth out the vape a little.

Welcome and glad you joined. VG is less likely to cause problems when compared to PG.
