Hi All,

How can I find out a detailed list of what is in the High Caliber flavorings?

I've been vaping now for a couple of months and I feel like I really am happy with my PV setup. What I am still unsure about is my juice. I really like the flavor combination I have going which is a mixture of High Caliber Killa Vanilla and RY4. The thing is that my throat has started to be scratchy and ticklish with a slight cough. (Maybe I am just coming down with a cold and being paranoid, or maybe I am sensitive to something in the mix - I read that some have had a similar reaction to such things as acetyl propionyl or other diketones that are sometimes in sweet flavorings like vanilla). I am wondering if this is in the mix I am vaping. It took awhile to find this nice mix (I know it is not for all), but am considering DIY flavoring to better control ingredients if needed...

Thanks for input!

I would highly suggest DIY'ing. I've been doing it since my 4th month (give or take) and it saves a ton of money.

As for finding the recipes for those specific liquids, you can always ask the supplier. If you tell them you're having an issue with it, they may or may not give you the recipe. Most seem receptive to the customer's concerns, but they may want to keep it secret.

Sorry if this isn't too helpful. Hope you feel better!

Thanks!

I am mostly convinced it is just a cold now with the additional symptoms arising today (which is actually good news compared to being sensitive to something in the juice), yaaah! I will however probably move toward some simple DIY combos in the future. I have questions about that but will wait til I reach my minimum posts so that I can put those in the DIY section... I did read the stickies there, so have some idea of what I need. Thanks again for the replies.

I would definitely suggest you DIY. Takes some time to learn but at least you will make your own juices and they will taste exactly as you like (thats the idea)

Other than that you can try other vendors, maybe you didnt find the vendor that will make the juice that you will really like for all day vaping.

Its interesting how we smoke something for long time and after start vaping we just become more "selective" and "curious" about new flavors than ever :D
