Can I buy High Caliber e-juices directly from the manufacturers instead of the higher priced resellers? If so, what's the web address, 'cuz I can't find it.

I dont have any experience with them personally, but I can speak from the standpoint of a former business owner in the retail sector that the likely answer is "maybe" not. Usually wholesalers protect their retailers by only selling to those with resellers licenses, business permits, business tax ID numbers etc. Unless you meet those requirements it is likely theyd turn you away.
However, I will say that some wholesalers tend to do a half-hearted check on the legitimacy of their required documents.

Well your best bet is find their telephone number and just call. I wasnt able to find it in a google search for you. Do they print where it was manufactured in its label? Maybe just a 411 in that city can get you on your way.
Just the High Caliber logo is on the bottle. They don't print where either. Guess this is one of those times where The Rolling Stones know best: "You Can't Always Get Wha'cha Want".
High Caliber juice is made by Vapor Associates, and sold to 'retailers'. (They do not sell direct to consumers.)
