This place has excellent customer service! I ordered 5 10 ml bottles of juice and 2 5 packs of cartos. One of the juices didn't taste like it should to me and they replaced it with another flavor for free! Their prices are fantastic and shipping was one of the fastest. Just super friendly people to deal with.

John at High Desert E-Cigs is amazing!!! I ordered an Ego on Saturday and it arrived today--Monday! Plus, I ordered the regular Ego and somehow received the Ego-T, and plan to use clearomizers with it ... so he has a couple of cones on the way for me already today. SUPER customer service. Definitely recommended.

I agree as well . I made a pretty large order on black friday with amazing prices and they actually through in a little extra and thanked me on the forum for my order . Today (Cyber monday ) i received my order and it was free shipping . These guys are great !

I even asked a question (email) about the nic base and received a answer within 10 min . Even went out of his way to let me know the date it was made at RTS . For reference the nic they have is fresh too and hasnt been sitting on a shelf for a long period of time . Great product ,prices ,shipping and Top notch customer service . Thanks John . My goto place for DIY supplies from now on .Its also great that everytime i look they have new stuff as well . Im sure they will be the number one vendor on ECF in no time if they keep it up .

Great Prices and service. I ordered 5 X 120ml 60mg nic base and 5 X 120ml USP PG along with a pair of glass Cylinders (10ml and 100ml) they shipped quick and well nothing broken or open. I will use again most certainly.
