Just wanted to share my experience:
I had previously ordered a passthru 510 battery (no-name) from High Desert and used it once no problem, after the next charging, it wouldnt work for anything -(. So i emailed them and they told me to send it back (I wasnt even sure they would accept returns so i was happy). Well to my suprise, i received not one but TWO new batteries and they werent the no-name pass throughs either, they were both EGO-Ts!!! They also included a (15ml i believe) bottle of caramel candy flavoring because the bottle i ordered previously was 1ml short according to them (I wouldnt have even noticed as they fill their bottles to the tippy tops when most other companys have some air at the top so im use to it being sligtly lower than tippy top) - talk about customer service!!!! I was so impressed, they definetly have a customer for life out of me. Not only did they replace a faulty battery, but gave me two better ones and extra flavoring too on top of that. They are AWESOME!!! Plus super low prices to start with, how could anyone go wrong?????
