This is probably just a small thing to a lot of people but I just wanted to publicly thank HDV for their wonderful customer service. I placed an order last week for a total of eleven drip tips for my husband and I. We actually had one that we both wanted so there was only one dt out of 10 that was a double on the order. I understand how easily it could be overlooked. I immediately emailed them when I realized what happened and heard from them that night, with an apology for the mistake, which might not seem like a lot but it was immensely appreciated. They shipped out the missing dt the next day. We received it this afternoon with a 3ml sample of their organic toffee and a handwritten note apologizing and thanking us for contacting them.
