I placed an order with HDV on Monday July 22

They had sent me the wrong item on July 24th (yes, great delivery, no seriously, really fast delivery) :glare:

I ordered a Vamo V3 and they sent a Vamo V2 (bummer) :facepalm:

I created a ticket with them on July 24th for a replacement.
They contacted me that day and took care of it on July 24th and sent a Vamo V3 to me that day. :mail:

I received the VamoV3 today and it is working, July 26th. (Awesome) :vapor:

Great Service and turn around on a mistake.
I never fault anyone for mistakes when they handle them promptly and professionally, these things happen.


Yes, I recommend HDV and will buy from them again.
