First off, customer service is awesome. I've never had a problem with any of my orders, but I believe that if I did it would get taken care of quickly and efficiently. All my emails about products have been answered quickly. I've made two orders of DIY from them and as soon as they get more nicotine solution in, I'm making another. Their flavorings are great, shipping quick, good packaging and good clean nicotine.
I only have one real gripe, not enough of you people are reviewing the products you are purchasing. I'm to blame also, I get a product and it works/taste great and I don't leave feedback, but when something goes wrong, I tell to the world. Come on people, if you have a good experience with a product, leave some feedback so the rest of us know how great/bad it is. I promise to try harder, will you do the same?
