Jen and John were great. I had some questions when I made my first diy order. I sent an email later at night and had a response within about 1 hour. My order was shipped quickly and went from NM to Ma 2 days after I placed the order. The nicotine concentrate is great and cheap. They also have tons of flavor concentrates.
