Hi all, hopefully I'm not repeating a previous question, but is anyone having issues with the Poldiac switch? Ive had mine for almost a year now and I'm starting to have misfire issues. I've taken the switch apart several times for cleaning and found that the delrin case inside the switch housing needed to be straightened out. Each time that i take it apart and tinker with it and clean the contacts it will fire fine for several hours but then start to misfire again. Anyone else experience this?

Sounds like something is worn out. By the way, great stuff every one!

Ill get some pix of my "high end" when I'm out of physical therapy.

Just started getting into all these beautiful pieces. Been rocking my silver bullet for a year before that I had a couple roughstacks.

Now that I'm into genesis (thanks rsst) I am now into mechanicals.

Got a legacy in a trade and loved it. Got the flat top which makes a huge difference.

Now I'm into my old style Gus 22/ac9. Really liking 350 mode. Never thouhr I would use anything but a 650.

Wish I could help but I've never had this problem. Have you emailed MMvapors about it?

Get off the web and get busy on that inventory!
BTW. My nick has nothing to do with my guns, they are loaded!

Gorgeous piece by the way. I got my NY license about 4-5 years back and, since I'm a *completely not ashamed* bond nerd I'm a rather large collector of Walthers.

I think I have found the culprit due to some help from MaddLungS on the Poldiac Fan Club thread. Turns out that the contacts that screw into the deldrin need to be screwed in just hand tight and slightly backed out a little. I think my original problem was dirty contacts then when i took it apart to clean it i wrenched down too hard on those screws when putting it back together. So far so good. Wanted to thank everyone for the responses and say that im thankful for finding a forum that i can bounce issues off of. Thanks again!!!
