The 5 pk was only a few bucks more than the 4 pk. Better deal so I got 5. I was going to try the Samsung 25r but 4 of them cost almost as much as 5 HE2's ($29 vs $31).

Both the He2's and 25R's blow my VTC4's away. All my nearly new Sony's are sitting in a drawer now.

I've got 4 LG HE2s and they seem to be as good as VTC5s to me in my VF40s.

VTC4 is 2100mah. The HE2 and 25r are 2500mah. There were a bunch of tests and they did very well. The 25r edged out the HE2's by a sliver at 20a cont. tests but that could be manufacturing variances. I ordered 5 more HE2's from Amazon for $31 shipped ($6.20 ea!!!)

I feel I get better battery life out of 25Rs in regulated mods compared to VTC5 and HE2s. In mechs though nothing beats a VTC5 IMO.
