This was my first juice order from them, and I had no idea what to expect. The shipping was right on time (juices were mixed on 3/6, got the box in the mail on 3/8). The bottles were actually wrapped together in paper, with a nice little bow. The kicker is that they threw in a 10ml sample, which some other vendors either never did, or have stopped doing.
I'm sure I'll be ordering from them again.
EDIT: I also had a question for Bryan, who mixes the juices, and got a same day response with very helpful information. So the customer service gets an A+ too.
