Briefly describe your problem or issueI ordered an eVic Stainless Steel Conversion Kit from highendsmoke.de. The top caps were not machined properly and as a result, the top cap sits too high for the atomizer to make a proper connection to the positive post. I sent an email to Marleen describing the problem on Feb 26 and a follow-up email on Mar 8 but have yet to receive a response.
