Higher end mech mod and RBA I can buy TODAY?

I would really like to move into mech mods from VV/VW and want a quality device. I would love to be able to purchase a Nemesis, but cannot find one anywhere. I also like the Super T ELA, but 12 weeks just won't cut it.I would love a kayfun lite, but they are all gone as well. I need as close to instant gratification as I can get. What higher end quality mod and rba would you recommend that I can purchase today?

I know classifieds and auctions would work, but I don't want to be gouged. I don't mind paying for quality, but do mind being taken to the cleaners.

Poldiac is available most times and is a quality Greek mod

there was a nemesis release last night that was sold out in under 5 min

the US reseller for Kayfun Lite will have them today i think (read in on some post)
they should have the Nemesis there soon also

another option for mech is GP Paps 2.5 SS/Lux
the US reseller might still have them available

I actually was on the site selling the paps 2.5 and they had sold out by the time I got there. I just read the Kayfun Lite will be on Vaprev today at 11 pacific. Will try for one then. I will also look into the Poldiac.

Thanks for the help. Still looking for any additional ideas in case these do not pan out.

The russian clone is actually better than the kayfun lite from what all I've read, it's a presale but it might be shipping out soon I didn't poke around for the shipping date but it's worth a look imo..
