Ok so I ordered some 24mg nicotene and it did help me cut out more cigerettes and I am down to around 1 pack every 4 days or so from the 2 packs a day I used to smoke, but I still can't seem to cut out the ones when I wake up or after I eat. I did order some more purecig from FSUA with the 30mg nicotene and hoping that does the trick. I did get some samples from FSUA but I really can't stand fruity flavors or sweet flavors. Just to remind everyone I am using the smoke tip and do not want to buy any others until I am sure I can totally quit smoking. Did any one eles have this problem or does anyone have any good ideas to finally cut out the last cigerettes? Thanks all!

The 30mg may do the trick for you, I went as high as 36mg when I started vaping. At 24mg I needed an occasional piece of nicorette gum to fight the cravings. If you try some higher nic juice, and fine it too strong you can aways cut it down with some VG (walmart pure glycerin PSG). A good PV also has to produce enough vapor to deliver the nicotine, as I've tried better units, I've found I can lessen the strength as it's using more juice, producing more vapor, delivering more nicotine with each puff.

When my mom first got the smoke tip I order her some 36 mg. juice because the cartos with the Smoke Tip didn't cut it. She was a 60+ year smoker. It helped her somewhat. She had issues in the very beginning as well and I got her other kits (V4L & Riva). She couldn't vape the 36 mg. with the Riva. She did quit completely and she actually gets 12 mg. juice now.

I don't honestly know whether it was the new pv, the different juice or just time. I suspect it was all three. Finding the right pv for her and right juice and just sticking with it. There is no question that you get more TH and more intense flavor from an ego type pv.

wv2win is right in that sometimes if you don't have an ecig that is producing enough vapor, then the nicotine absorption won't be enough to equal what you were getting with cigarettes. However, you're doing pretty good so far so perhaps just more nicotine would do it - get some 36mg too. Later, you can get an eGo or a mod and you will be able to start reducing your nicotine level.

I recommend finding flavors that are good analog replacements for you. For me and some others that is FreedomSmokeUSA Desert Ship - a strong nutty and somewhat pungent tobacco that typically gets the comment "smells like a freshly opened pack"

And I recommend having enough batteries so you can leave the ecig set up all night. And leave the ecig and not the cigs right where you smoke when you get up. It will also make bedtime easier - I hated having to decide OK this is my last drag, then be disassembling and setting stuff up to charge.

I found it helped me that the cigs I had around for emergencies were not my old faves. I really didn't like the cigs i was smoking when i quit. I was only smoking them because I couldn't afford the ones I liked.

As soon as I had enough batteries and enough charging stuff and redundancy that I felt comfortable not having my cigs right with me "just in case", I put the cigs and lighter in a plastic bag in the trunk of my car.
