Highwind Innovative Designs had two unique atomizers on display at VapeCon Manila 2015 -- the Diferion rda and Ruzgar rta. The former is a flavor atty with some strong cloud potential, while the latter is one of the best looking tanks I've seen. Designer Rey Panaligan tells me all about them in the interview above.
