Something was missing for me with Home Slice... it was good, but not quite what I was hoping for. Then I remembered how I always make my PB & J sandwiches... extra J! I squirted a little Grap3 Ap3 into my home slice, fired up the REO, and Eureka! Perfect!

Mixing Nicoticket juices always feels a little awkward... reminds me of going into a great restaurant and telling the chef how to cook. But in this case, I'll live with it because the result was perfect for me.

Steep time: A month or so

Nic Level:12mg

Tank/Atomizer:Kayfun clone with 1.8mm airflow - 1.1 ohm 2.5mm ID with 6 wraps of 28ga also an Atomic clone with similar coil

Mod: (mechanical, VV) - Various DNA30s

Thoughts/Tasting Notes:The bready-ness of this juice is the most surprising aspect of this juice. The PB almost keeps up with it, but the J is at the back of the pack. As a huge PBC fan, HS is a nice departure from the peanut heavy PBC while still satisfying my PB cravings. I just wish the jelly came though a bit more. I've briefly experimented using Grape Ape to boost it, but I haven't yet found a ratio that doesn't detract from the other flavors in this juice. As it stands, HS is one of my favorites even if it does take a lower spot than my beloved. Two big thumbs up from me!

Very similar mixture to home slice and banana pudding. It's a darn good combo.

My homeslice seems to have lost its jelly from steeping :( that or I build up immunities to tasting it

We noticed that, also. It's not *gone* but it has diminished. Katy has been spiking it with Grap3 Ap3 to get the jelly level up.

Revisiting this after about a 6 week steep.

Nucleus with duals coils at .4ohm

The flavors have definitely blended and I get far less "bread" which I truly did not like at all. I can taste both peanut butter and the jelly, though the jelly seems to have backed off quite a bit. This isn't a bad thing for me. FOOB this was a complete miss for me, now it's quite nice.

With PBC or an approximate variation this flavor isn't really needed, for me anyway. I could get close enough using PBC/Strawnilla or Grape AP3 or either of the regular fruit juices.

I think that the jelly has definitely backed off to the point of being very difficult to discern. It's become a pb sandwich which is good, but not as good as early on. It's slightly disappointing that I'll have to add other fruit juices to it, but at least it'll get me using the fruit juices again! I've been on a savory kick lately.

Revisited this with the new Nautilus Mini/BVC coils at 9.5 watts and I have to say that these new coils are making a huge difference in the way I experience this juice. Granted, it won't get the same all consuming love I have for PBC but I have a new respect for it and enjoy it very much.

I wonder how a natural Home Slice would compare with a Peanut Butter Cookie 2.0 with hints of Grape Ape thrown in there. Probably wouldn't be 100% the same but still. Holy crap I'm in love with this. I think I'll wait till I've tasted PBC 2.0 and decide which peanut butter rendition I like better :) It's definitely a different changeup from custards, coolcumber mint, refresh and the like.

Steep time: Born In July 2014

Nic Level:6mg

Tank/Atomizer:Magma

Mod: Sigelei V/V @ 17 watts 1.3ohm and magma @.6 ohm 15 watts

Thoughts/Tasting Notes:As Stated befor Peanut butter is whats most dominate. I LOVE PB&J sandwiches but not a PBC kinda guy if that makes any since. when i sub ohm i do get a better hint of the jelly and crust notes.
Its not a ADV for me BUT everytime i get a new RDA its in the first line up to try out. I havent given up on it. Its a Love Hate Relationship:vapor::vapor::facepalm:
