Yep, very cold here. Just got back from the Y and its a mess, so many new folks and folks that can't do much else outside today.

I took my youngest to violin lesson. It's in the 20's with 21mph winds. It was brutal. I got in a run earlier but am still short on my step count for the day. It's a little hard to hit on my days off.
