Actually last night I ordered a metal tube for a Vivi Nova for my peach and cherry, but the Vivi is a top coil. The metal also has no sight window. I'd get a ProTank but I'm probably too clumsy for glass. I'll try to find the list of plastic killers and post a link.

I have 2, and they have both taken a couple of drops with no problems, but... any 510 connection is kind of a weak point, because of the size. I don't think when they were designing the actual 510 e-cig they thought about sticking a large pyrex and metal tank on it, it was orginally just to connect an atomizer to a 510 sized battery.

Pyrex is pretty tough stuff, and the relatively small size of the PT (compared to other glass containers, like Pyrex measuring cups and what not) means it will take a lot of abuse before being damaged or destroyed.
Pyrex is pretty hard to break, I have seen a couple on here and Reddit where people have managed to do it, but anything will break if you hit it in exactly the right place with the right amount of force. The original run actually had more problems with the glass coming unglued from the bottom or top... the glass is not the weak point in these. I'm experimenting with other stuff, but the Protank is my go-to when I want to fill up a tank and run around all day. With a Protank and my MVP, I know I can get through most of a day without carrying around extra batteries, tanks, or liquid. I just try to be careful not to drop it ... The MVP helps a bit with that, because it doesn't roll around like a tube battery when you set it down.

yep, pyrex will break if dropped right on the right surface LOL,,,,,,and when it does, it shatters into a billion pieces,,,,,,

I've not had much experience with equipment, being real new. I only have a Vivi Nova & an Evod. I have found that for me I get better flavor from my Evod.

Pyrex is a brand name for Borosilicate glass. So pyrex is a type of glass..
