Holy cow!

A week ago I was researching e-cigarettes - literally, electronic cigarettes, so that my DBF and I could put down the analogs. Found what I thought was going to be perfect for us (Safe-Cig Micro), then googled for vaping forums and found this plethora of information and wonderful people willing to virtually hold my hand through the process.

Within two days, I also ordered a eGO-C starter kit. This weekend, yesterday and today I've been stalking the e-juice forums and bookmarking sites galore, even ordering quite a few different smaller bottles of juices to try.

And now I'm interested in cartomizers, direct dripping, those tank things (sorry - not up on all my lingo yet), eGO Booster, 1100 mah battery for my eGO-C. I've latched on to one unsuspecting member (Red Dragon) since I saw he had an eGO-C and deluged him with questions in PM (bless his heart, I'm sure he didn't realize what he was getting into when he answered my first PM! LOL)

I've voraciously viewed videos (DoctorVaper, GrimmGreen and pbusardo are the three I've been trying to glean information from).

And I haven't had my first vape yet! The SafeCig Micro's are arriving tomorrow, and there are three of us at work obsessively tracking them (my DBF, a co-worker and myself) just to have our first vape experience - even if it is with training wheels! LOL I imagine, if these go well for us (even when I move on to my eGO-C), there are going to be many people watching and seeing how this goes for us, because we were just acquired by a company who charges an additional $75 a month for your health insurance if you use tobacco products and we have a LOT of smokers (work in a manufacturing plant). I already verified we are exempt from that if we vape - YAY!

OK, enough of my ramble. I'm so excited, I can't hardly stand it! LOL

It just gets worse! I've been here a few months and my head still keeps turning when I see something new. Vaping is as much a hobby to me as a way for staying off of the analogs. The people here are amazing and some of the set ups out there, wow, amazing.

I hear ya on the information load ..... and I could see where you could go broke on the eqipment. Everytime someone talks about their models, I go "that sounds cool ... I need that!".

Have you seen that commercial? I forget who put it out, but it shows someone getting the "latest & greatest" technology available at the time, and as soon as they buy it, they see commercials and advertisements for the NEXT latest & greatest. That's sort of how I feel right now! LOL

Welcome to ecf! I myself am new on the vaping...mainly due to me being a nicotine freak I guess you can say gotta have it and my coffee and know that if I went back to the analog my husband would pop a blood vessel in his head! I am still working on getting the right juice as it appears to be so much cheap to refill then to by the carts over and over. I haven't had a chance to try anything other and the KR808D and a smokefreeonline, saving to try a njoy pro I think...heard a few really good reviews on yt about them, lol.

Hehe. I remember when I ordered my eGo kit. I only had an janky Njoy from the local convenience store to hold me over until it arrived. I have to admit I chain-smoked a buncha analogs while watching youtube videos about vaping and reading posts on ECF. It really is exciting when you first find out about vaping!

I've been at it for about three months and am still constantly finding new things to try. I was a two pack a day smoker, so even after buying a bunch of juice and mods I am still saving a ton of money.

Before you order the Njoy, look around the forums for posts about the eGo kits. People are quick to recommend them for a reason. They have really good battery life and a 510 connector. This is a very versatile setup, so in case you just want your ecig to look like an analog, I would give the eGo some consideration. The eGo-T and the newer eGo-C are both very nice systems from what I've read. I started with an eGo and have been very happy with the purchase. Google and YouTube are your friends
