I ordered on the 28th. I emailed them yesterday and they replied today saying that my order was in the stack now so it should be sent out very soon. I appreciate the fast response and I'm sure they have been overwhelmed with a ton of "little bottle" orders. I can't wait to get it though, there's many flavors that I haven't tried on the way.

I placed 2 orders on June 28th and received email from them on July 7th stating that my order was "in production or shipping" Yesterday I sent them email asking about the status of my order and I have not received a reply. Sometimes silence is not so golden.

I'm in the same boat as you...I placed my orders around the same time and got the same email a few days ago. I know the waiting is difficult but it'll get here eventually! I'm hoping that they've actually already shipped and just have been too busy to update via email -- at the price we paid for that juice though, I'm content to wait another month, lol....although I am eager to try some of those flavors!!! (I pretty much ordered everything they had!)

I bought just about everything they had X2. But I just wish that they would take a moment to update everybody on the status of the order. I can imagine that they got really busy during this sale, but customer service goes a long way into building a solid customer base. Right now, I'm not feeling too good about their customer service.
