Hoosier Vapes Mod Kit

I came across this mod kit on Hoosier Vapes and was wondering what brand mod was included in this kit? It seems like a great deal for $89.99 I am thinking about buying this kit and haven't been able to find any reviews on it. Any thoughts or suggestion would be helpful.

Not sure the manufacturer of the mod but I had one, worked awesome right up until I dropped it on a flight of concrete stairs and the atty attachment area got completely destroyed.
