So I bought a cheap little ego pen on eBay a few months ago and some zero Nic cheapo juice thinking it was physical act of smoking I was addicted to...i was wrong. The juice sucked and I went back to cigarettes immediately. Fast forward two weeks ago my friend has her vape pen and let's me take a puff of her new "summer tea" juice. I was like sweet baby Jesus that's nice! So I ordered some from Baker White in a low Nic and I am proudly one week cigarettes free! Yay! Can't wait to delve into some reviews and such and build up a supply of juices and keep those smelly cigarettes out of my hands!

to ecf Redheadsnpoms. So glad you are here. Just a great place to be. So glad you gave vaping another change and found a good juice. That's what it's all about. Here is a thread that you may already know about but there are some great vendors there and sales. Nice to buy on sale when you are looking for new flavors to try.

Congratulations, you're over the first hurdle: The realization that you can use vaping to stop smoking. But remain vigilant! If the low-nic is doing it for you, then by all means, keep at it, but many former smokers find that it's beneficial to have something a little stronger laying around for those inevitably serious cravings. Life doesn't care that you quit, and it'll keep throwing you curve balls. Wouldn't hurt to have something around that'll put tears in your eyes if you need it. If you're doing 6mg, get some 12. 12, get some 18. Put it in a tank and hope you never need it, but use it if you do.

And keep on vaping!

Welcome! It takes a while to find your sweet spot. Just keep at it. And do have some higher nic around, just in case. I sometimes still think I want a cig after almost three years of not smoking! I started off at 24mg/ml and two years later I am only down to 18mg/ml! It is all about the nic for me!

Thanks all!! This forum is going to be a valuable asset! I've got a few different Nic levels as of yesterday that I picked up at a local smoke shop. I'm feeling like a million bucks right now and I love that I can smell my candle right now! A few days ago my poor cigarette dulled senses could barely smell my perfume. Thanks for the encouragement everyone!
