I don't see why it wouldn't be possible.

There aren't any extraction experts around here that seem to share info, as far as I've noticed, though.

I would probably dry them, then grind them, do a hot VG extraction, and let it set in a warm place for a day. Then filter well. I'm sure that there are better ways, but that's how I've done all of my DIY flavoring attempts, and most came out OK.
