What's the best position for the coil for flavour on an rda? Don't care about clouds, just full on flavour. Also what's the best ohms? I was thinking about 0.6, I don't want to go too low, using 28 gauge (0.3mm) kanthal wire.

27 and 28 are fine for mid-subohm dual coil builds. As to "angle"... try them all. Some RDAs are best suited to vertical, others to horizontal. A Origen V2, I find, for example... seems best suited to "slanted" coils, while something like a Veritas really only has room for vertical duals.
As much of building and flavor is subjective... you need to experiment and find what's best for your needs.
