Your body is trying to detox. Drink more water to help it along and take your temperature. If you don't have a temperature, you're fine, if you do, get yourself to the doctor as you may have caught some virus around town.

For possible sore throat, make sure your clearo/carto/whatever is wicking right. Draw the vapor into your mouth and if it tastes funny don't inhale it.

Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks Hun, I don't have a temperature so luckily it's just the detox part! This happens every time I quit, then I get around here and quit. But not this time!!

What would you describe the flavour as to be tasting funny? I haven't notice a change since I got it, I use 3 different ego ce4's and I have a bunch of clearomisers to change it with :)

Also, it's hay fever season so maybe my allergies are playing up alongside everything making me feel worse?

Hang in there, it is just the toxins leaving your body. Help them along with lots of fluids, and they will soon let you be.

Hot tea with honey will help with the sore throat! It is allergy season and without cigs drying up your sinuses, they will drain freely as long as you hydrate well. This is a *good* thing, but can give you a sore throat, and it will pass with time as your body adjusts to the lack of all the chemicals being burned and sucked through your respiratory system.

If you notice a burnt flavor before you inhale then it's a dry hit. Remember when you smoked that cigarette all the way down and then on the last drag you burnt the filter? That's what I mean.

You're 3 weeks without a cigarette, and you're barely feeling withdrawal symptoms now? Unless you recently switched over to a lighter dosage of Nicotine then this is highly unlikely. Your symptoms also aren't on the traditional list of what you experience during withdrawal (fatigue, depression, increased appetite, etc.)

I'd actually say that you're just sick. The color of your mucus is usually a decent, but not a conclusive, indicator to your health. Just because you're not running a fever doesn't mean you're not sick either. But you also don't need to dismiss allergies.

I'd lay off the vaping till your sore throat goes away.

I missed every one of those symptoms - except for the constant runny nose. If you quit vaping for a few days without going back to smoking, you might be able to do some elimination. Some people do have an allergic reaction to one or more of the ingredients in the liquids. It's very rare, but you just might be the one. On the other hand, as someone mentioned, you could be sick.

I suggest you stop for a few days and see what happens.

I stayed up really late one night in my vaping beginning thinking I was being so good to my body but at the same time deeply inhaling large amounts of vapor. This was much more inhaling than I had ever done with cigarettes. The next day I had a tickle in my throat and shortly thereafter, for about a week, I was coughing up a storm. My point here is that just like with smokes you can't overdo it.

Yeah true you have to work out the balance like with anything

I'm not too concerned about my cold though, illness comes and goes. I just hope if it is my body flushing out the toxins it passes at a normal rate of a cold! Woke up feelin a bit better but congested and sluggish, just like a real cold.

Maybe allergies, being sick and my body flushing out the toxins is all Hapening at once so it's freaking me out!

Slightly concerned this hasn't happened to many other vapers though..

I had some heart burn, stomach pain for first week which went away quickly but still have runny nose and some headache. That brings me to my question how much is too much in terms of number of puffs. I have just started and I'm completely off analogues but my number of puffs are between 900 to 1000 a day. I'm using 12mg e-liquid. I'm finishing about 5 ml e-liquid a day but the iClear16 I'm using do uses a lot of it.

I'm not actually sure I haven't noticed, I fill my e cig when I wake up on a morning so it's ready for the day and a couple of days I've refilled it on a night like when I've been out with friends who smoke to make sure I'm not tempted. How many puffs are in 1 ml? I leave 0.6 till I refill to not dry it out

That's the average I vape
