All week I've been anticipating the arrival of my first e-cig. Well, after 2 days of calling and calling them....FINALLY this morning, they put my order in. :confused:Can you believe it?? She had no plans on even calling me back, because every time I called she "forgot" all my info, who I was, what I was calling about, what did I order...,,etc. etc.. (but someone out there got my money~~!)

She was SO Rude too...I will not EVER use them again. Geesh.

I need to order an e-cig kit for my husband now..but I have to start over in the journey to finding one that will not be jerks.

My kit will probably NOT arrive on time, but it is estimated to be here by Monday. We'll see!!

~end RANT....now~:)

If you have suggestions to a good online store with good customer service skills...let me know about your experience....?

Try to have a good weekend everyone!!

I've had wonderful experiences with MidwestVapor, Vapor4Life, and RockyMountainVapor. I've also got many friends who have had great experiences with Cignot.

Well....

I wasn't sure if I should say or not? That's why I didn't say the co. name.
It is a Vapor King dealer....will that help? Without saying who it is, cuz I dont want to cause a stink about it.

Even tho...

I did tell the rude sales girl that I would probably put a reply in here about it. She said that if I didn't order E-juice from her, that the warrantly for the e-cig purchase would be void. :shock:She was going to put a note on it, that my purchase was VOID for warranty. (after everything she had put me through...)
I told her that I had already purchased my e-liquids, and as a matter of fact--already received them in the mail!! And I ordered it AFTER my order with her company!

Got a better deal on my E-juice from "vapor bomb". they even sent me a teeny sample of passion fruit.:) So, that was a nice surprise.

Anyways...

I'll never order from them again. Im not putting their name on here until I go to the recommendations area, and check to make sure they are NOT on it, then I'll say who it is!!

This is bad enough that I think naming the vendor would be appropriate. Ordering e-juice has no bearing on a PV warranty. This is sketchy business and the vendor should certainly be called out, in my opinion.

I think she was trying to bluff me because this was my first order and knew I was a *newbie* at this. But what she didn't know, was that I've been reading this stuff (on this forum mostly) and I already knew she was an idiot before I got started!!!

sorry---not to sound so crude, but she was to me. I did not see the name on the first page of the vendors list here. So, I guess I can tattle.:D If it is....please forgive. this was just MY experience shopping there, dealing with this ONE person.
**It may not be the same for someone else.
(but Im a very kind, and nice person--so if she was this way with me, I cant imagine how she would be with someone who wasn't nice/kind...)

After all, its not like she's gonna spit on my atomizer or do ugly things or something!! 8-oSo, hopefully she isn't reading this and being mean to my stuff before putting it out for shipment!! ha!

I ordered from:
www.electroniccigarettes.com

Im not sure if Im able to post links yet? so, its "electronic cigarettes" if that doesn't come through on the post.

plus, its a "vapor king" e-cig. anyways...that's about it. So, if you want good service, or heck, even below average service, dont shop there.

***so sorry if I offended anyone by listing the name. Please do not rant on me for ranting about it!!!! Thank ya. ;)

Okay I just read this post and I am miffed as to why we are all so afraid to call out a vendor even a "registered vendor" if we get bad service. WE are the customer after all and are spending OUR good money to purchase something that can be bought at other places in an ever increasing supply chain. I personally have gotten great service from everyone that I have ordered from but if I ever had an issue and tried to settle it amicably with that vendor and was rebuffed I would certainly tell the world if possible. I would yell that vendors name from the top of the highest forum. If only to raise attention to the issue and maybe make them take pause and think about how they want to treat their customers to ensure that their business rises to the top of the heap of suppliers. Remember folks we could certainly survive without them but they can't survive without us as a customer.
