It depends on the juice... I mostly vape clear juices... When I've used dark stuff I just crack off the funk, give a dry burn and it's fine to continue
Nobody local had them, not even fastenal... They should be in tomorrow from McMaster... Unfortunately I don't have long weekend days to dedicate to PV building during the week because the taxpayers prefer to have me work for them, since they pay my salary... Once the screws are in I'll get as many done as I can per night and chip away at them until they are all shipped.

They are fully oxidized.
Here's an interesting statistic... In the last month Stacie and I rolled over 1500 wicks, and we will do about 1200 per month for at least the next 4 or 5 months to build up an inventory.
It is safe to say nobody in the world has rolled more stainless mesh wicks than we have... I don't think anybody even comes close!

She doesn't vape or smoke... She has no interest in going to Chicago.
The idea of having specific connectors for compatible equipment is good until adapters come out.
The comment about using springs as fuses always perplexes me... It's always better to have a full mechanical disconnect, and the zenesis switch does that! Not a spring in sight!
But it's good to see people looking at the problem, and acknowledging that the atty connector is the most common point of failure...
Some of her battery info is incorrect, but it's irrelevant, her points are sound in principle.

I have not been around as much. I am not one for drama and when it started up, I just made a decision to lay low for a while. It has nothing to do with anyone in particular, I just am not one for drama, part of which I have to take some responsibility for.
To be honest I was just trying hard to respect those who did not want so much fluff on here. Because I am not the person who one would necessarily come to for technical advice (trust me, you do not want me to do that) and because most of my presence is just making smart ... comments, I figured I would just keep quiet. I also hate that I have a very dry sense of humor that as some pointed out correctly, is not always interpreted correctly in print. If any of you have the chance to meet me someday in person, you will see what I mean. There is a very good chance you still will not like me even then
The other reason (the main reason) is that I have also just had a plain old bad week. One that had nothing to do with this site, thread or any of you. We all have those sometimes. It was bad for more reasons than I care to share right now. I do not have those often, but it seems like when I do, they are REALLY bad.
I just want to apologize for any stress, trouble or drama I might have caused. That was not my intention. I have really enjoyed getting to know a lot of you (as much as I can online anyway), and am proud and happy to be a part of this thread. There are many of you that I like very much.

I am very happy for those of you who should probably receive their devices before the weekend as long as zen gets back to work and the screws arrive as they should.

Wow. I haven't read this thread since around February 1. It has BLOWN UP! I'm a February prepaid mini, and I am trying to get a bit of info from those of you who have been on this thread daily. (Hey, I tried to catch up, but at this point, I will be late to work trying to do it.) I read something about changes and delays due to changes, and I clicked on Zen's name and checked out a few of his posts, so I THINK that I am understanding that the February "Zenfidels" are delayed? i got a reply back on 1/28 that im on the list, but no info otherwise and so im wondering if i missed somthing? i hvent sent zen any money yet, should i? im really lost here guys. this my first preorder and i have not a clue. zen if you read this, im the guy with the same last name as you. remember? any info or direct me where to go look would be appreciated. this will be my first try at a genisis device so im very excited to try!
