that is true.... the capillary action, you will have less 'thinner' juice wicking up that #325 mesh, making it a warmer, stronger throat hit... but it also gives way to the chance of tasting burnt as well, for that same reason.... I myself would prefer not to chance that...I will take the improved flavor production using the 400 mesh over the 325 with the thinner juices and forego possible problems with burnt taste in my vapor thanks

The Zen Dragon Artwork, I may be the artist, but it is Zen~'s dragon.

Stainless steel mesh contains chromium and nickel. Has anyone discussed that here yet? I've been thinking about an alternative wicking material. What are the other options?

You can use silica or Nextel ceramic. The correct ga is 32 and it too, contains nickel and chromium, as does every carto ever made, and atty as well.

I run a big 7ml tank on my GLV2 with one of these which gives me plenty of room for the button. If the Z-Atty is significantly larger in diameter, I'll use one of these instead.
