i'm coming from a similar place. as a beta tester for the ZAP, one of my comments was, "the consistency of the vape throughout the battery makes this thing SUPERIOR"...
now i'm in a place where i think, "how tough is it to keep an 18350 or two in your pocket?"...
NOW, ALL I WANT IN THE WORLD IS A MINI!!!
for me, it's all about the form factor. a ZAP is still bigger than a standard. with an 18650, it's comparable to a Louisville Slugger. i'm thinking that a mini is perfect when you're not at home....
i think, and i'm not 100% sure, that kcos likes hers....

:) Wow when your right, your right. hehe because I LOVE MY MINI !!

'Cause she only posts in huge bright letters that she loves her Tini? LOL

On a side note.....

I don't really want to take my "nice camera".
I'm thinking of leaving it home..... but my phone has a decent camera.

Anyone willing to share with me, via PM, their cell number?
I'll be glad to text a few pics they can post on the thread.

I'm going to do some crappy cell video for ya guys . :)

That sucks Shai!

well bro, there's an amendment to that now....talked to rat briefly, I am now currently on mandatory 'vacation' for a while...no work as of right now until I can get my BP regulated. I had my annual physical for work today (was there for over 2 hrs for a 15min physical lol), and was immediately pulled out of service after the barrage of questions and tests from the doctor(S) and taking my BP over a half dozen times with bad results :( ...atm waiting for a call back from my father's heart/blood specialist to see if he's taking new patients and can squeeze me in asap.... now I have the time for VC but need to get this crud out of the way lol...and here I was starting to think I was immortal....geez :p

Hi guys. Do we use nichrome or kanthal wire???

kanthal is the only way to go....nichrome just doesnt compare. It doesnt perform as well, doesnt handle heat as good and burns out real easy for same or similar gauge size as the Kanthal I've tried and still use, and leaves a slightly burnt "chinese carto/atty" aftertaste IMO (considering thats what 'they' use anyways :p)...

Yes one device of each per person .

Yeah, i wonder if some lucky person will buy one of everything :).

About the 18350 thing, when i bought our provari minis, i was all worried because everybody w/ the full size one was saying "you NEED to get the full size one with the 18650 extension because the 18350/18490 battery life is terrible" but i just loved the size of the mini so i got it. I had just spent about 500 or so on a couple minis, warranties and batteries, so i wasnt even able to get the extension for 18490 batteries, but when i got it and used it, even at high voltage, i get about 10-12 hours out of it. I always tell people that you could probably compare it to a 650mah ego twist if you have one, and the batteries are so small, you can just put a couple in an old film roll/prescription bottle and take it w/ you, and its still a bit smaller than a 18650, i wont be scared to get another 18350 device again, theyre quickly becoming my favorite size battery.

I bought my black chrome provari almost 2 years ago, there was no mini's of course, back then...and i got the extended cap for it too. until recently, I never had to worry about swapping batteries... cartos, atty's, carto tanks, the ody or iatty...I still went most of the day before having to swap out the battery (chain-vaping @ 4.2-4.5v usually)...I now have 2 V2's (that black chrome got the upgrade) and a mini....I have extension caps for all 3 and never used them once...I still go most of a day with my provari/zap combo before changing out an 18490, or go through a pair or 3 18350's with the mini/zap combo....and I'm still chain-vaping up a storm, as anyone that knows me can testify to....my coils are wrapped LR and they are between 4.5 to 4.8v depending on the juice filling the zap...when i'm out and about or at work, I only carry a pair of extra 18350's (each) if I have the mini/zap and my zenesis mini with me....and usually have a couple to charge when I get home. regardless daily though, I have 3 of my chargers working in the morning, and in the evening before I retire for the night though, I vape on 6 APV's EVERY DAY and vaporize anywhere from 15 to 30mls a day...

Kevin, thanks for the run down on the Provari/ZAP. I'm heavily leaning in that direction as soon as I have the cash.

Shaitaan.... ugh. I'm hoping you get it all sorted out soon. BP issues are serious.

thanks, and I agree. I knew that it runs in my family.. not including both my parents, of all my siblings (I'm one of 5, and all are younger than I lol) that were diagnosed with it, I'm the last to end up with it...one of my sisters found out this July, AFTER having a stroke (plus a mild heart attack and another stroke right afterwards lol)..she's 47... my baby brother, 9 yrs younger than I was diagnosed with it almost 10 years ago...

at least I found out before something serious happened... of course, 9 days before I officially turn 'half a century'...
