Also one more thing. I bought some cool colored orings from the table at vc, and I'm having a bit of trouble getting the quarts tube off to put those on and clean it. I took the top oring off but I can not get it to slide up at all, I put some juice and am letting it set in... hopefully then it will become more slippery. Maybe im just not strong enough, normally my bf does stuff like this but he's working late today. If there's a trick to this, pls let me know, I've watched all the zen vids and cant figure out what I'm doing wrong. TIA.

If you can get the tube to twist around on the ZAP, then it's just a matter of twisting it while you lift it slowly upwards....temperature changes with no liquid in it will cause expansion of the SS and it could just be a tighter fit...dry o-rings will stick to a slick surface like that and if you can get it to turn, then it won't be as hard as either the tank or orings that moved...when I do an extreme cleaning of my z-atty's, I remove the tank and o-rings.. reinstalling them, I lightly coat the o-rings with a bit of juice so it's a little easier to twist the tank back in place...

Get the O-rings juiced up first... that helps. Then use a rubber jar opener or wrap the finger of a rubber glove around it.... twist while pulling... do NOT squeeze.

I'm just loving all my Zens.....
I have them all lined up with juice and vaping away!

2 exceptions, I need to mess with my ZAP a little.
I'm getting a burned taste/smell.
And I need to send my Alumizen in to the Zen hospital, Zenpital? LOL
Other than that, I'm a happy camper.

I can't say enough nice things about everyone.
It was like a high school reunion, only fun and with people you actually like.

I'm def going next year too.

My thoughts exactly

My guess as well, since the firsts went for $249 and he sold at $240 with extra's. No way someone would take a loss for a never used Zenesis. Doesn't matter, they did it honorably, and sold for only $30 more and with the extra's it was a fair sale. Kudos for that sale....

I did want to point out about the BAM though.
I was having a little trouble getting consistent hits.
Mike had told me to make sure the switch was in tight.

When I got it home, I broke the switch down and cleaned it up good.
There was some funk on it.
Also, I tried it with a SS switch, and it did work better, but....
I took a small screw driver and scraped away a little of the adonizing (how do you spell that?) in the threading.
Not the high ridges, in the "troughs" of the threading.
Not much, just a tiny bit.
I think that and cleaning the switch well, especially around the threading did the trick.
It's hitting really well now.

Ok, good advice, everyone else's too, I will try but I can't even get the quarts part to turn at all, much less move. I think the orings might be dry.

Got it off! All by myself, yay! well.. With your guys' awesome help of course. Any trick to getting the orings off and replacing them that I should know before I start (sorry I'm not very technical, just want to make sure I dont screw anything up)? TIA!

Edit: nvm got them, but one snapped, oh well I probably did it wrong, and the new ones look super cool.

also does anyone know where to get pink orings? zen didn't have any at vc. :(

I believe there were 4, maybe 5, I'm not totally sure. One to be given away in a contest. The others were not for sale, and unless that changed they didn't sale, perhaps they were given away to a deserving Zenfidel or future Zenfidel. Mike never said how someone would be able to get one of the extra blue lines he brought....and I never heard anyone bugging him about it....it was quite the opposite of the thread, people were respectful and waited to find out as time went on.....or at least that was my perception. :)
One Blueline was stolen. More than a few had their PV's stolen right off the tables at VC. Disgusting and very shameful :(

it figures....and IF it ever shows up in any classifieds, then we know who absconded with it :p they mentioned a few pv's/apv's were stolen, during the wrap up of VC on VTV last night....everyone was absolutely disgusted with it.
