Some use the empty end of a Bic Ball Point Pen, supposedly that works, others have taken apart a carto and used some kind of tube that is inside.

Yikes, I had kidney stones, or what the Dr. referred to as gravel. (there were multiple large stones all with the ability to cause an impaction. (block the flow) I went into hospital by ambulance and it took them 5 days to get me in to have the stone removed. Except they could not remove it as every time the doc got near it it would move further up into the kidney. So they put a stent in to prevent a stone from making another break for it while I waited for the Lithotripsy. Well not 2 days later I was back in emergency with a massive kidney infection that made its way into a blood infection. I was in for 2 days and on antibiotics for a week. 2 days later again the infection came back. I was back in the hospital a total of 8 times and a length of 1 to 3 weeks. This went on for more than 3 months with me begging to have the stent removed. When I finally got out of the hospital I had to be an out patient and have IV antibiotics 2x day until they removed the stent. I told the urologist the stent was causing this and he disagreed with me. He never did apologize after the fact but had the nerve to tell me the infection would not come back now that HE removed the stent. He was a major a$$hat. He is also the Dr. that yelled across the parking lot at me "I thought I told you to quit smoking!!!" This guy had a major GOD complex.

OH and good morning everyone!!!! I still read the thread everyday and even like some of the posts. But with all the new gear that you all have I kind of feel left by the wayside. When someone posts about the Zap I will always jump in if I am here and it has not been answered yet. I just feel bad that I have not been posting much and whenever I am over at elixir Stevo asks why I don't post here anymore. I have strayed over to the Canadian and Newbie forums a little but I am still 100%Zen!!!!

yea many of the ink tubes tend to be a tad too small in diameter

Well, firstly, I couldn't find it!!! Then I couldn't get that screw on the bottom to move, had to use pliers on the allen key...LOL. And you are absolutely right, it wasn't hard at all.
