Mine doesn't have screws - it has posts, but the last wrap going up the wick is high enough that once it comes off and goes to the higher post that it's high enough not to cause problems.
Rich, I run 90% VG with 400...you should be ok.

Well, my wick is Zen's so I know it's wrapped correctly. I decided I wasn't going to mess with it until I had to... I want to figure out how to get the device working properly before I start tearing it apart!

I tried to stay out of the picture as much as possible...I'm in lazy mode...haven't shaved,sitting in my pjs...lol Not a pretty sight! 
Believe it or not..I used that same tank on my Scubagen for about a month...no problems.
I just wouldn't bubble up any part near where the o-rings will be.....don't want to mess it up and get juice all over the place!
If you cut it with a tube cutter and don't get overly aggressive with it...the edges should be straight and even. The only thin you have to clean up is the inside corner....I hit that with a cone grinding rock (smoothing rock) in my drill, then light buff the ends with sand paper. Then flame polish and install!
By the way, I'd like to break up the Zen love-fest. I do have a complaint. The Aussie Licorice zenjuice I won in the raffle was supposed to be 30 ml. I didn't notice it at first until I had it next to another bottle of e-liquid I had that was NOT 30 ml. They were the same size!

Just be mindful of the flame when you are doing the inside...don't get the blue flame too close to it..instant bubbles....

I love this mini even though we aren't wicking yet! I can't wait to see what else Zen has planned!
I keep it tilted, Bee. It's been working since Zen told me that it could take a bit before being able to go vertical. I, luckily, have only had a few bad hits. Checked the coil, and I had a short. Adjusted it per Zen's instruction and vaped away....
This may be a dumb question - is it possible to drip on the wick through the drip tip on a zenesis?
I ask because one thing that helped me figure out what a genesis was supposed to taste/vape like when wicking properly was to direct drip and vape - my first couple attempts resulted in a lot of vapor, but very little flavor. Once I tried direct dripping about 2 drops and then vaping, I knew exactly what I was shooting for and could tell when I had it wicking correctly.

Agree with this - I'm used to vaping vertical with normal atomizers, but I've found that keeping a genesis tilted while vaping seems to help it wick a lot better.
That is prob the only question we can't answer for ya....it's top secret

vaptamist i have something else comming to me that will have a nin logo and goes with the zenesis.... i will cry that day... cause i know it will be beautiful and my zenesis will be errrr..... ninified
