My Zenesis was supposed to have shipped almost 2 weeks ago.....I still don't have it.

Or get really crazy and make supre coils. Take a length of kanthal and twist it together so it looks like piece of yarn and wrap a coil with that. You want to go hot blazes, this will give a really strong coil that will be well under 1 ohm at 4 wraps.
Your batteries WILL HATE YOU (and we all know what happens if you get your batteries too mad at you) and I can't think of how to keep up enough juice flow for that amount of heat, but you will get one heck of a hot coil.

That is because you have a short in there. It is hard to see in an ODY because the coil is completely covered, but I am 100% certain that the crazy TH is being cause by a short.
Remember I was the crazy guy that converted his iAtty to a Genesis. It was a PITA to get the wick oxidized enough to not be affected by the pulling of the wires when the cone was put on, but I eventually got it working right. Took 3 or 4 tries to perfect
