I've never heard the last three lines of that saying. The rest of it, I use rather frequently :p

Zen did my payment for order #85 on the 13th go though or did it get caught up in route with paypal ?

Be careful verbally abusing peeps on the phone. I once told the guy from Verizon that I was going to take all of my available resources, the IT team at MSUN, find out where he lived, hunt him down and possibly kill him in a horrible manner. That got me a call from a lawyer, a fine, and a weekend in the hoosegow.

But, to be clear, I was never worried that it hadn't.
All I was asking for was a tracking number as you had stated
to me in our last communication that you would send my second PV
through EMS. Which is this mini we are talking about.
I wrote down all the info as concise and clear as I could on the thread
as you are not accepting any pm's.
The exclusive dealer you have appointed happened after I had ordered
the mini.
I posted a second time as I felt that the speed of the posts on this thread
might have buried it and you hadn't seen it.
You dodging the question never came to my mind.
If it did, I would have said it.
Just so it is clear, I have never blamed any seller for
customs at my end. I have always championed global sales
from mod makers and accessory sellers.
All problems stemming from shipments come from
shipping overseas without a tracking number.
I am of the opinion that is not, repeat, NOT, the sellers fault if the mod/pv/whathaveyou
gets stuck in your own country's customs.
That is the look out of the buyer from that specific country.
All the seller can do is mail it with a tracking number.



I've told you several times it has shipped, I have not dodged the question one bit. I will pull all the information and PM it to you... as I stated before, this is the very reason I now have an exclusive dealer in the Philippines... 3 out of four orders to private individuals have disappeared... vanished into thin air. One order spent WEEKS in customs then was lost... then found again. Australia and the Philippines are the two places that have been most problematic.

You will get your PV, it was shipped, and if it can't be found we will sort this out and make things right. If you wish, I will refund your payment until this has been cleared up.

In the future, please get your items from Paulo Avelino, it's faster and safer.

EDIT: For your comfort and peace of mind in this transaction, your payment has been refunded in full until your PV has been located.

Like I said, it has been shipped, I DID use EMS... I WILL get you the info, which is at my office... not at home at 2AM ... I am aware the dealer happened after you got on the list, and in the future he has the exclusive domain of selling in your country, as I no longer ship direct to customers there because of situations like the one we are having right this minute! Stuff just VANISHES in your island paradise.

Your money has been refunded... that makes ME feel better... If your PV never appears you're not out anything, and since it isn't there, I'm sure it never will be found, that's just the way it goes.

If it doesn't show up, grab one from Paulo with the money I refunded you! The only person harmed by this is me. If it does show up, send me the money back!

It just doesn't get any easier, or friendlier than this!

And I AM accepting PMs... Just not from people requesting generic information that has been asked and answered 100 times... I will ALWAYS take a PM from somebody with an issue!

I think the "tone" of your message was clear in the first place. That's cool... I know how frustrating it is to have money out and nothing to show for it... that would drive me crazy if it was happening to me! I get it... this has been frustrating for both of us.

But you have your money now, and hopefully the PV will show up soon so I can put this whole thing to bed. If it never shows... please do contact Paulo for a replacement.

Zen~, I never got tracking for my standard. You know, the one that I am vaping Pluid out of right now.

Can you provide that for me so I can track it. That way if my standard happens to sir-come the same fate as nin's at least I will have tracking.

This is kinda harsh man...not everyone is lucky enough to have a Zenisis yet.

Money was not the issue either.
And, whatever "tone" you may have gotten from my messages
was just me trying to be as clear and as brief as possible so I don't annoy you.

This is not, I repeat NOT directed to anyone in particular.

As a general rule I do not know if I have ever been on any forum or worked in any retail environment where customers were more difficult or complained more than on this forum.

I have never seen anything like it.

I wonder what makes this business unique in that way?

Once again just so I am clear. Not directed to anyone specifically in this forum. This is just a general observation.
