OK Y'all know me that I am about my customers and making ya'll as happy as I can! Welp! I have encountered a problem. The Point System and the Coupons! I had no idea that you could use both until some of you have figured out that you can. There is no way I can stop this from happening. So I have to pick one! I am turning off the Point System and using just the Coupons. Personally they both give you the same amount off. Please don't be angry with me! But I can't afford to have both!

Smooches To Ya

i missed out on the birthday coupon , ... but did use my points on the last order. I think its a nice little bonus. Just curious and i only ask cos i only order every couple of months, will there be a coupon every month, even if its only for a few $$ off. Either way I love your juices and when i save up ( i've been over splurging) its been well worth it, I'll be back anyway. Just wanted to ask thanks Ms T, P.s I am sad to see the points go, but like you said its closely the same and you gotta do whats right for the business. Breath easy Ms T, we will still come back

It would be one thing if the discount code or points applied each time. It's a pretty big let-down when you enter the code (in my case, the b'day code and only the b'day code, not wanting to double-dip with my hard-won points that, what, I now can't even use??) and it never applies the discount.

Grr.

Did you use it once already? I did and it worked but now it's not. Just testing them out, and the 123refer code is working, maybe try that. The birthday code didn't work for me either, but I'm wondering if the software is limiting it to one use per customer.

It was the first and only time I'd ever entered a coupon code on her site. When I realized it didn't 'take' (which I must say was a first--no other vendor site has had this problem for me), I used her Contact Us form immediately, but never heard a word back. I'm hesitant to try again and have the next code fail, being that it seems to be 'use at your own risk'.

The points worked. Expecting whatever discount to function and see it fail instead (with zero feedback from the vendor who advertised it) is not a good thing. ::shrugs::

I spent $170 since 7/28/10 and $130 since 8/27/10 not that its a huge amount but its just not right to take money away from clients once they have earned it in my opinion, just not right, this is great juice but also very expensive and building those points was something I was counting on big time Mr's T

I kinda figured this would happen. I am sorry about this. But here is the thing. I can turn the point system back on and that would be the only discounts. Or I can turn it off and do only coupon codes? So what do I do? I took a chance on making a lot of people angry and I am sorry for that. But I can't have both! What do I do?

Hi T,

If you're going to make the coupon code permanent, then I'd rather have that than the points. If it's temporary, I'd rather have the points. And before it comes up, yes I do have 76 points saved up, so there you go.

It's just easier than keeping track of points, minimums and maximums, and having to limit orders because you can't use more than 100 points in one order.
